    This place isn't just for people who are gluten-free, the sandwiches are made using a Brazilian cheese bread that is naturally gluten-free and did I mention super delicious? I kid you not the sandwiches will blow your mind and for anybody who is gluten-free this is exceptionally good food. The owner is always so nice, offering free samples and coffee, and the food is out of this world. It's a great place to pick up breakfast or lunch and grab a quick bite to eat, I would recommend it to anyone passing through.

    I am not gluten free, but I go here anyway.  The cheese bread is awesome and they hand you warm cheese bread "rolls" when you walk in the door.  How can you not love that?!  They have great options to eat there and/or to take home (like gluten free pizza crusts).  It's a hidden gem very close to Costco in Brookfield.

    Since being diagnosed with Celiac, I am always searching for gluten free options for my 8 yr old daughter. We took a drive today and are in LOVE! Upon entering this little GF eatery, you are presented with a small cheesy roll - delicious (and such a nice touch)! Ordered one breakfast sandwich and one lunch sandwich, equally phenomenal! Chatted with Jackson the owner, who made us feel welcome and at home! Purchased some rolls and pizza crust for home.
    If you have Celiac, gluten allergies, or just want something so tasty and unique, this place is a MUST!
